Do not touch or cover exterior cameras, smoke or CO detectors, or noise monitors. Interference will result in cancellation of your stay and $500 fine.
Do not park in front of neighboring homes or driveways. Park in the 2 driveways, in front of the property, inside of the gate or across the street.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Noise complaints and loud music during these hours is subject to cancellation of your stay and a $500 fine.

The neighborhood is one of the oldest and historical neighborhoods in the city of Dallas. It’s currently a quiet oasis 3 miles from the hustle of downtown Dallas.

What makes this property unique

The home was built 77 years ago by Dr. Williams Knox Flowers, Sr namesake of Parkland’s Bluitt Flowers Health Clinic. It was also the home of Retired Chief Deputy Edgar Lee McMillan, Sr, the first black lieutenant, captain and chief deputy of the Dallas Sheriff’s Department.
