Absolutely loved this rental. It was clean , about 30mins from universal, the beds we comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Location was good, size of unit was good. The complex seemed decent enough. The place needs a throughout deep cleaning. I would not stay in this unit again. I didn't see anything about his stay that was luxury, as noted in the title of the listing. Felt more like a motel than a condo.

We did use the pool once, it was good. Disappointed that there was not a hot tub on the property. I wouldn't consider this property as Luxury as listed, but it was comfortable. The dining room furniture looked like it had been purchased at goodwill - metal table legs beat up. Very small refrigerator, couldn't find any oven mitts. No facial tissues and ran out of toilet paper on the 5th day.

Property was dirty and poorly maintained – we could not stay hereUnfortunately, the condition of this property was unacceptable when we arrived.The house had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. There was dust throughout the property, cobwebs, visible mould and dirty items left behind. The overall condition and maintenance of the house were also significantly worse than we expected based on the listing. We took photos immediately upon arrival documenting these issues.We contacted the owner straight away. The owner told us that a cleaner had been contacted and was on the way. We remained at the property for almost three hours while trying to arrange alternative accommodation, but during that time nobody arrived to clean the house.Because of the cleanliness and condition of the property, we did not feel comfortable staying there and had to find alternative accommodation.Unfortunately, communication with the owner afterwards was also very disappointing. Despite attempts to contact the owner through the platform to resolve the situation, we did not receive a satisfactory response.Our experience with this property was stressful, expensive and extremely disappointing. Based on the condition in which we found the house, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance, and our experience communicating with the owner, I cannot recommend this property.The photos we took upon arrival show the condition in which we found the accommodation.
