The unit was very nicely decorated. It looks directly on the beach/ocean and the building’s amenities were appreciated (pool, gift shop, bar, ice cream shop, etc.). The furniture was very comfortable including the bed and the linens/towels were high quality.The kitchen was well-appointed with quality glasses, cookware and cutlery. The washer & dryer in the unit were convenient, and the master bath shower contained higher end shower heads. Parking and carts for luggage transfer was plentiful, and security on site made for a safe & friendly feel. Instructions provided by the owners were clear and detailed. We had two issues: Netflix’s security features stymied our ability to access and the air conditioning was down for about 12 hours. The owners responded with information to access NFLX, but we didn’t pursue further, and the A/C issue was building rather than unit related. The owners also responded to our communication regarding the A/C. Other than going out to dinner and shopping at Pawleys Island on a rainy day, we spent our time at the resort appreciating the beach, pool and balcony. Overall, it was a great two weeks.

The Condo exceeded our expectations, it was comfortable and homey. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular, we spend our mornings drink coffee and watching the waves. The pool area was excellent, there was plenty of seating for relaxing and reading. the hot tub was good for our old bones recovering from the long WV winter. We are looking forward to our next vacation at Waters Edge.

This is a beautiful unit. As the owner says "A home away from home". The view of the beach is spectacular! My wife and I have absolutely fallen in love with this unit. And, everyone we met at WER was extremely friendly. We will definitely book again!

This was our second stay at the property. We love that it is right on the beach, and we can watch the ocean from the balcony. The villa itself is so wonderfully decorated and it makes us feel like we are in a secret hideaway in the middle of Garden City beach! I recommend it to all couples.
