About the host

Hosted by Laurie Smith, Property Manager/Owner

Host profile image
Hi, I'm Laurie. I am from NH, and we have always loved Merrymeeting Lake for it's crystal waters and the tranquility of the lake. We built our house in 2016, and are happy knowing that others can enjoy it when we are not there. When not working or spending time with family and friends, I volunteer my time in support of land conservation as a board member of a regional land trust and the local Lake Association.

Why they chose this property

Our house is a perfect getaway place. Merrymeeting Lake is far enough removed to allow enjoyment of nature, yet only 10-20 minutes to grocery stores, gas, restaurants etc.

What makes this property unique

Peace and quiet!
