We chose this home for our family to prepare for our son's wedding. lynn was amazing. Communication and kindness all the way. She helped with suggestions for hair and make up. The home was wonderful. I can't say enough. The place was beautiful. I felt like I was at home. The place was spotless. The kitchen well stocked. They thought of every detail. Ezra plus and phone chargers in every room. AC and fans in every room . The grand kids loved the bunks and the game room! And Gpa ( my husband) was found down there playing Pac-Man! I wasn't sure he was going to leave! We were busy with the rehearsal and wedding plans but I will be returning to really enjoy all the amenities the home has to offer. If I could give 10 stars I would. So very happy with the entire weekend!

Lovely

Very well kept, everything you need for the weekend, and plenty of beds. No direct lake access so recommend scoping out some of the neighborhood beaches for what works for you.

Good for a big family

The house is in a very lovely spot in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities were much appreciated and the hosts thought of everything. We knew that our 5th couple would have to stay on the sleeper sofa, and although they didn’t complain, it was challenging to maneuver around them to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Plenty of beds for families, just a bit tight when the space is needed for 5 couples. The house is lovely, clean and well designed. If I were to visit the area again, I would definitely return.

Softball weekend

We wanted a place close to town for a softball tournament that would be relaxing after games and the kids could cool off. Great place. Clean, lots of room, plenty for the kids to do and toys to play with. Fire pit was nice. Owners were great and very quick to respond if any questions. Would definitely book again!

Locke Lake Getaway

Our stay was very nice regardless of the weather really not cooperating. The house was our savior with plenty to keep us entertained. The game room was wonderful. It would be nice if the Home Owners Association would allow guests to use the pool. I highly recommend staying here .

The house is pretty big with a lot of beds to accomodate up to 10-11 peopleEven though it looked clean our white socks got black in minutes walking inside in house. The host was very prompt to reply and send someone over to "rewash" the floors. The second bathroom is downstairs with the laundry units in a reconverted garage space with no ventilation. The master bedroom felt very stuffed, humid and the mattress was hot and uncomfortable. There are a lot of AC units in each room to help, The game room is great and there's a lot of fun things for kids which is defintely the biggest plus of this house. We were invaded by a lot of insects in the bathrooms looks like there is a serious issue with cracks / openings letting them in. The house is well located at only 30mn from Wolfeboro really nice if you want to enjoy the Lake.In the end we felt we paid a very expensive price for an old house that we were happy to leave.

The home provides multiple air-conditioning units and fans throughout for guest comfort, and no structural openings or ongoing pest concerns have been identified. However, because the property is located in a wooded area of New Hampshire, an occasional insect may enter despite routine care. We’re glad your group enjoyed the spacious layout, game room, children’s activities, and convenient location near Wolfeboro. We take great pride in the home and will continue working to provide a clean and comfortable experience for future guests.

Clean,spacious property. Quiet. Kitchen had adequate dishes,pans etc to make simple meals. Only 2 of the bedrooms had air conditioning, and it was rather hot during out stay. The other rooms had fans and we were able to make do.
