Construction Updates
The resort is undergoing roof enhancements that will occur from Mar. 1, 2026 to Nov. 30, 2026​​​​​​​. Please anticipate construction noise and obstructed views during this time.​​​​​​​

Cashless Resort
Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Pets are NOT allowed.

General Property Updates

The resort does not offer self-parking or parking of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, or vehicles taller than 7 feet, 2 inches. All rental reservations include a tidy service every other day.

Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.

Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, where applicable, or disposed of.

Please note that all packages are received and processed by a third‑party service before reaching our Safety and Security Team. This third‑party service only operates Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. As a result, any deliveries made outside of these hours may fall outside of Safety and Security’s ability to deliver in a timely manner.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They`ll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
