For future guests to note, Lakeland Village was built in 1973, almost 50 years ago. It is a fabulously unique property, as it is right on the lake, with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, firepits, and walking to groceries and dining. There are no other properties like this in South Lake Tahoe, and there will never be another, due to building restrictions around the lake. The balcony at this unit does face the street and also shares walls with other guests, so this is great information for future guests to note. There is a thick sliding glass door to the balcony that helps block most noise. Also, Lakeland Village was built in 1973, almost 50 years ago. It is a fabulously unique property, as it is right on the lake, with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, firepits, and walking to groceries and dining. For future guests to note, this home is located in the Lakeland Village resort which is on the water. The condo itself is about 100 yards to the beach. For future guests to note, there have been renovations made to the lodge portion of Lakeland Village this summer - so that will be updated for future guests. Also, Lakeland Village was built in 1973, almost 50 years ago. Lakeland Village is located off of highway 50, which makes it convenient and able to be right on the beach.
