Hi Vrbo Support Team,I am writing to share feedback about a deeply distressing and unsafe experience my family had during our recent stay at one of your listed properties.During our stay, a stray dog appeared at the door of the rental home. When my daughter attempted to enter the house, the dog suddenly pounced on her. She suffered injuries to her eyes and mouth, resulting in significant bleeding. We had to call the police and animal control immediately due to the severity of the situation.Following this, we rushed our daughter to the emergency room, where she required medical attention to clean her wounds and receive necessary shots. This incident caused immense trauma for her and completely disrupted our trip.We chose Vrbo expecting a safe and comfortable stay, but this experience was frightening and unacceptable. We request that you investigate this matter with the property owner and take appropriate action to ensure no other family has to go through something similar.Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. We look forward to hearing from you regarding next steps.Sincerely,Subramanian
