Cosy apartment in the heart of Alicante
Beautiful and newly refurbished apartment in the very heart of Alicante. It has two bedrooms (queen size bed in one room, two singe beds in the other room), one bathroom, and a living room with a lovely open kitchen. The living room has a balcony with a pleasant view of the castle, the old quarter and the sea. The perfect spot to have breakfast under the delightful morning sun.
The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer. There is a powerful air conditioner in each room for the hot summer months, and a central heating system for the short winter period.
The apartment is spacious and ideal for four people, but it can accommodate two extra people (up to six) in a double sofa-bed in the living room. Despite being in the city centre, it is very quiet inside the apartment and it has lots of natural light.
The apartment is in the best location in downtown Alicante. You can walk:
- 8 min to the beach, through the beautiful old quarter of the city.
- 2 min to the Central Market, with local fresh fish, vegetables and fruits.
- 1 min to the tram, which can take you to lovely beaches along the coast.
- 1 min to a large underground public parking.
- Literally tens of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes’ walk.
