We love staying at this location. It's a great neighborhood, the house is cozy, clean and inviting, and it's nicely decorated. There's a nice little patio where you can sit out and enjoy the weather and a nice backyard. The owner is always very responsive to messages, and always goes above and beyond - even helping us with finding things to do, good places to eat, etc. We have stayed here several times, and we always enjoy coming back again!

In the VRBO sleeping arrangement's there are not any entry for airbeds. Therefore that is why the description is futon.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property and totally renovated it to make it a great place for people to enjoy and relax while being away. The home is on a quiet street close to parks and walking trails. We supply children and adult bicycles. We have bikes for all ages. If you need more bikes or a different size just ask and we will do our best to make your bike riding time enjoyable.

What makes this property unique

Some of the unique benefits of this home are the 65" smart TV over the fireplace in the living room. We also have added all the sport channels. There is also a 55" smart TV in the bedroom with the same benefits. The fireplace is an electric fireplace that can start with a click of the remote. It has an authentic look for a nice cozy night. So there are no worries with children around.
