The house was clean and overall pretty nice. Trick for the pull out couch: pull the bottom part and it will slide out. However, the electricial outlets in the bedroom didn't work. The owner's friend came and brought an extension cord- very helpful. Electrican came next day. We would recommend this place!

The apartment was exactly how it was described. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They added little details to the visit that we felt were a nice surprise. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area.

We reserved this home several months in advance for the weekend we were moving our daughter into college. Overall, the inside of the home worked really well for what we needed, and we appreciated having two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and plenty of space to spread out. Compared with staying in a hotel, having a full home was definitely a nice convenience.Our biggest frustration was check-in. We had received emails and notifications stating that the access information would be sent a few hours before arrival, but we never received it. We were already more than two hours past the listed check-in time and on our way to the house when I realized we still had no way to get in. I messaged and called the owner, reached voicemail, and eventually contacted Vrbo support because I wasn’t sure what else to do. About 30 minutes later, the owner responded and then sent the access code a few minutes after that. Once we had the code, getting into the home was easy, but it made arrival more stressful than it needed to be.The exterior of the property is a little worn, but the inside was comfortable and worked well for our stay.One thing I think could be made clearer in the listing is that there are residents living in the upstairs portion of the home. Sound carries quite a bit between the two spaces. We could hear footsteps and movement very clearly, and the television upstairs was loud enough at times that it sounded like it was playing in our own space. The house information list

From the moment we stepped in the apartment we fell in love with the place! The description does not do it justice as it is phenomenal! Besides packing clothing this place was stocked with any and everything you could possibly need or want! I recommend this place to ANYONE and EVERYONE that is looking for a place this size! Property was clean and had all of the welcoming amenities. The master bed was very comfortable. The host even had coffee ready as well as ice, and a brita water pitcher full in the refrigerator.

Cozy and delightful

Four friends spent the night catching up and enjoying being together. This cozy spot was perfect as we had plenty of room to play games and visit. It was very clean, nicely decorated and worked out well for us. Very enjoyable. It is very accurately described. Communication with the hosts was easy and answers were very prompt. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay

We appreciated the clearing off of the snow that fell while we were there, as well as putting salt on the driveway and steps. The one problem we had was on arrival we couldn't figure out how to find the keypad to type in the password for entrance. Otherwise we had a very nice time there.

Great little place

It was a nice, clean and put together place. We had a driveway to pull our car in. I guess I didn’t realize it was a duplex and the walls are VERY thin. We could hear everything that went on in the upstairs apartment. We understand that there is no control over that but thought it should be noted.
