Perfect stay

This house was perfect for my husband and I to stay at while visiting Hernando Beach for a family gathering. It had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was HOT. Thank you Rodney and family for being such a good host.

The property was great with direct water access and kayaks on hand made for some fun adventures. Also local companies rent out pontoons and just a short ride out to the hernando beach flats with shallow water great for kids! We’d definitely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality from the host!

Awesome Spot

We really enjoyed the BNB. The birds were fun to watch while sitting and enjoying the beautiful sunset. Perfect porch to read a book on. The guys enjoyed fishing from the kayaks. We would stay again definitely. Great location and convenient to stores if needed.

Hernando Beach Christmas

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home was super clean, the furniture was very comfortable, and the view was outstanding. The covered carport made a great place for the grandkids to play outside; given a few days of inclement weather. We recommend this rental!!!

Wonderful Rental!

This property was clean and cozy. The location was perfect. The host provided many amenities to aid in a wonderful vacation. They were also great about communicating with us. They had to have some trees removed during our stay but they were very respectful and kept us in the loop. We will definitely be staying here again!

Scalloping

The propety was amazing, clean, and spacious. The Host, Rodney, was available for questions and we were able to stay another night that was not originally planned- my fiance and I work alot so to be given that opportunity.. we feel very blessed. We hope to be able to stay there again next year. We love to scallop and this weekend was incredible and memories made are priceless. Most gracious and greatful thank you Rodney!

Perfect fishing getaway

This home is a perfect spot for a fishing and boating getaway. Floating dock behind the house so no need to worry about tides. Plenty of space and a simple setup with not much to worry about. Easy gulf access and a great back porch to hang out in!

The house was very comfortable and spacious. I've never rented anywhere else that provided kayaks and bicycles. The canals are full of fish and the dolphins are there everyday. This is a place for those that want to get away from the crowds and enjoy mother nature. You can stay as busy as you want or stay totally relaxed on the back porch or back deck.

This house was in the perfect area, quiet and peaceful. The host texted shortly after arrival to ensure we had no issues, and my son was catching fish within 30 minutes! Everything we needed (bait and food) was super close to the house, and it was fully stocked with appliances, linens, toiletries, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better, more relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

The house is as pictured. The master suite has a private insurance which is off of the carport. This was a cute little touch especially if multiple couples were staying on the property. Very very close to the water. The community is peaceful and secluded. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from. A Dollar general is at the end of the street which came in handy throughout our stay. The water pressure in master suite shower was phenomenal! The hot tub was our favorite part. We thoroughly enjoyed our short but sweet stay and would stay here again in the future.

Great time!

We had a great time. The home was very clean and very nice! The pictures don't do the home justice. In person the home is nicer than it looks in the pics. We only experienced one mishap. The pics show there were 4 kayaks but when we got there one was missing. Since there is 4 of us in my family we had to go to Walmart to buy a kayak so we could all enjoy the water. In the end we all had a great time and we will be booking again in the future.

We loved this house on the canal with direct access to the Gulf! Our family of 4 with two teenagers who had their own rooms, really enjoyed that there was plenty of room for 'us' as well as extra room for me time. It was hot when we were there, but we got use out of the grill, and hottub, and even four exploration journeys with the kayaks. The wildlife did not dissapoint and we had an amazing interaction late in the day with manatees, and saw a lone dolphin hunting mullet (?) Fish. Also spotted some stingray at the mouth of the Gulf.And ammenities where perfect! The extra cooking supplies, utensils and seasoning made it feel at home, and I didnt have to get too many extra groceries. There's lots to do in the area, but beach-wise, we had to travel as the closest (Pine Island I think) was still closed for hurricane dammage. It still wasn't too far, and a great central spot so we could also go scalloping, which was our reason for being in FL in July.One warning: be aware of where you go in the canal, they dont all connect & a portage can be dangerous with slippery rocks and sharp oysters.

We had a blast we took our adult children and their boyfriends. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. We spent most of time outside. Little warning on the spotlight that goes straight into the master would of been nice. Little more Toilet paper would be good for that many people. Kyiaks super fun!! Tall people hit their heads on the kitchen light...maybe find a way to raise and lower it. All in all I would do it again!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Clean and private. Wonderful native fish around the dock and a wealth of birds at the bird feeder. Comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of sunshine with a nice cool breeze by the water. Bikes and kayaks available for use. Second stay here with plans to return.

Beware of construction next door!!!

The place was great, but there is a home being built right next door and they started hammering and sawing at 6:30AM and continued with blaring music the entire day we were there. Nothing more relaxing than constant hammering and sawing the one full day we got to stay. Check-in isn't until 5pm and check-out is 10am so not much time to enjoy it.
