Wonderful 3-bedroom house plus loft & bonus room in Spring Valley, Houston, Texas (77055). Our house is nestled in the heart of Spring Valley in a highly desirable & safe neighborhood, just south of Memorial & walking distance to multi million dollar houses. Our house is also zoned to highly sought after SBISD schools like Hunters Creek Elementary, Spring Branch Middle & Memorial High School. Home consists of a nice large Master bedroom with a king bed. The other 2 bedrooms feature a king bed and the 3rd room has 2 twin beds, perfect for a nice and comfortable stay.

Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, iron, hair dryer, and AC. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer. We'll be available to answer any questions. while you stay at our place. **Major cross streets are Wirt/Westview
