In 10 minutes you can be by the beach or in 5 minutes you can enjoy the downtown area. This is located in a very beautiful and safe area of St Pete. It is perfect home to relax and enjoy your time in Florida . You will be very close to trader joe , Panera bread , Starbucks and etc . You can walk to all all of them . This can be a great place for a solo or a couple , or a family . You can enjoy your gateway or doing business in the area

This one bedroom apartment is fictional and relaxing . Everything is renovated from the bathroom to the kitchen to the living room . You will have all the amnesties with smart Tv, Wi-Fi, AC/ heat , coffee maker , toaster oven , stove , full size fridge , washer / dryer , dinnerware, cookware , linens , etc .!
We are also taking extra steps for cleaning , disinfecting and sanitizing the entire place .
