The SWEETEST little spot for a weekend respite. Thoughtfully appointed, this property was one delight after another. Would love to stay here again.

We are both originally from Wisconsin, and moved to Indiana in 2019 for a job opportunity.

We wanted to build a new home again so we looked for land where our son went to school in Middlebury, IN. We drove past this land time and time again not really knowing it was an old golf course, Sims Oak Hills and found out it was for sale.

We ended up falling in love with the rolling hills the land had and all the mature trees, so we bought it and the rest is history.

We decide we wanted a small guest house for our friends and family to enjoy while visiting so we built Amen Corner.

Now we want to share our love of this land with all of you and hope you find it as special as we do.

Why they chose this property

We love all the mature maple trees and oaks, we even added to the land by planting about 100 trees.

We also love the Amish farmland to the west that has rolling hills where their beautiful horses graze the pasture.
