The Space
Luana Kai B314 is a extra-large modern 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo that sleeps up to eight guests in a prime top-floor oceanfront location. Enjoy 1,470 square feet of luxury living space with huge vaulted ceilings throughout. Every floor and surface of this condo was recently remodeled. The kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, fixtures, furniture, beds and linens were all updated.

Gather at the large kitchen peninsula or dine al fresco on the covered lanai. In the newly decorated living area, you’ll find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a large 55” SmartTV and plenty of space to unwind. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies.

Relax in the two master bedroom suites that feature California King beds, 55″ SmartTV's and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedrooms can be made up as two Twin XL beds or combined as a California King, making this condo perfect for couples or large families.

Included amenities are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, body boards and more. Complimentary high speed wireless internet service, in-condo laundry with washer/dryer and iron/board are all included with your stay.

The Resort
Luana Kai is an amenity-rich resort with multiple tennis and pickle ball courts, free self-parking, a heated fresh water swimming pool, bubbly hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping.

In addition to the 1.5 mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby along the arid south Maui coastline. Within a few minutes drive are the lovely postcard-perfect beaches of Keawakapu, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, Charley Young, and Sugar Beach.

There are many great restaurants near Luana Kai. Our favorites include Coconut’s Fish Cafe, Monsoon India, Nalu’s South Shore Grill, Wow Wow Lemonade (go there for the acai bowls), Miso Phat Sushi, Home Maid Cafe (the best malasadas) and Maui Pie for dessert. If you prefer to cook, there are a few grocery stores close by and 5 grills on site.

If you’re looking for a place to relax with all of the amenities that you need this is the place. We cooked out every dinner (grilled cleaned daily by staff). The pool and hot tub were very clean. Views were fantastic! Pool kitchen has a fridge, oven and sink. Just a great place for a family vacation!

Fantastic Condo and Location

Absolutely perfect spot for our family vacation with our adult children and their spouses. Plenty of activities on the property and everything was well maintained.I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this property again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

We booked our stay based on reviews of the property and the condo unit we selected. The condo was stunning and the Luana Kai property was well kept. Luke was easy to communicate with and always responded within 24 hours. The condo had the essentials to cook our own meals, and the condo property had gas grills on site. We will definitely be back.

This VRBO was a great fit for our 3 couples. It had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the pool and pickleball. The property manager was a very responsive communicator. We would highly recommend it!

This property is centrally located on Maui. It worked well for our group of 6 adults. Luke and Maisie were easy to work with and answered all our questions prior to arriving. The condo was clean and well stocked. Property is well maintained. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Excellent layout for a family of 6.

Luke was excellent to communicate with. During travel restrictions etc he was very accommodating. My only negative comment is that the beach the property is on is really not very nice but great beaches are just a short drive away.

Amazing Experience

Our family of 6 was very comfortable! Everyone had a bed and their own private space. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is very clean and nicely decorated with everything you could need in the bathrooms and kitchen. There were beach essentials for us to use. Right off the balcony you could see whales in the ocean! We had a great time!

Exceptional stay-first class amenities

Our family of four have stayed in several vrbos in Hawaii and this is by far the best one. From the upfront communication with the owner to the amenities at the house everything was great. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom which was super convenient for our family. The house is stricken with everything you need to cook meals and go to the beach. The condo is located on a long stretch of beach which is great for watching the sunset. You can view the beach and ocean from the expansive patio. The house was very clean and decorated very modern. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding place to stay!

This condo was perfect! Nice view of the pool and ocean. We had 3 couples so having 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms was great. The space was clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for the beach chairs and towels! The hosts, Luke and Maisie, were pleasant to communicate with and provided great tips on local food and things to do (we loved Maui Brewing!). We also contacted the property manager upon our arrival and he was very helpful. He let us know when our condo was ready and we were able to check-in a bit early. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Winter escape to Maui

This condo is on the third floor with a nice balcony to enjoy meals. The three bedrooms each have a high-def t.v. and the condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. With three bathrooms, it is a perfect stay for three couples, a family, or perhaps 2 small families. While it sleeps six very comfortably, it can accommodate 8 with the pull-out sofa, but honestly that would infringe on the living area and would need to be closed each morning. This particular resort has a pool/spa, and is within easy walking distance to the beachfront. There are also two four tennis courts, but one side is pretty busy each day with a pickel-ball league. just a short drive south on South Kihei road are a plenty of supermarkets to purchase groceries, and a ton of dining options. We particularly enjoyed the Kihei Cafe for breakfast, and Da Kitchen for hawaiian plate lunches. Tamura's Wines and Liquors sells fresh poke each day starting at 11;00 a.m. and is just a short 5-minute drive from the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei and the ideal accommodations for our six adults. Mahalo.

Lovely condo in Kihei

The condo is perfect - 3 large bedrooms, fully functional kitchen and well kept grounds with a pool, bbqs and pickleball. Our only regret is that the beach was not great for hanging out on - very narrow sand belt and fairly rocky/ tree debris etc. Also the walking to Kihei shops etc is not great- busy road, not that close. But we had a car to get around and we LOVED our stay at Luana Kai and in Maui an. Also, we got great insider information from the owners (Luke and Maisie).
