Spacious! Loved the 4 bedrooms with crib mattresses and air mattresses. We didn't need them with all the beds but they were available if needed. Loved the large sectional and kitchen island. Even though we didn't use it - we loved that there was a firepit, barbecue grill, and porch swing in the back yard.

This home sits in a new construction, family friendly neighborhood making it great for any get together. It’s a 5 minute drive from the Ford Idaho center, offering entertainment year round. We hope you love this home as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Our home is only 1 year old and was a new build when we bought it in July of 2024. All appliances are new and everything in the home is updated. Our property backs the neighborhood park and we offer direct access through a gate in the backyard! Enjoy the walking paths around the park, close access to the highway and Ford Idaho Center, as well as multiple golf courses less than 10 minutes away!
