Escape to paradise in this stunning newly remodeled and furnished 2-story townhome nestled directly on the beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private sun deck and soak up the ocean breeze on your patio. Inside, find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy family room, and two comfortable bedrooms. This is the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and create unforgettable memories.

The space:
Enter the property through a charming front entrance and private courtyard perfect for relaxation.Inside, the kitchen is on the left with everything you need. On the right is a half bath. Straight ahead is the family room with a sliding glass door that opens to ocean views.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. The guest room has a queen bunk bed, its own bathroom, and a deck for sunset views. On the right, the master bedroom has its own bathroom and a private deck with beautiful ocean views. Both bedrooms have TVs, and the home has fast Wi-Fi so you can stay connected while relaxing.

Guest access:
Guests can enjoy the whole townhome, including the private courtyard, decks, and ocean views.

Other things to note:
The garage is only for laundry use and is not available for parking. The land to the right of the townhomes is shared space and open for you to enjoy.

This property is right on the ocean. Please check the weather and ocean conditions before swimming. The host is not responsible for any injuries related to ocean swimming.

I loved this property! I'll definitely be back again. The only thing I would improve on would be the wifi connection but it could've been weather related as well. We had a few windy, rainy days but there were plenty of games to keep us busy. I traveled with my husband and 3 kids ages 17, 11, and 9. Everyone had a great time! The beds and bedding were super comfortable, enough beach chairs for all of us and sand toys. 10/10!!

Oceanfront. Very clean and all the conveniences of your own home. Beach chairs/toys. Quiet. Relaxing with sound of waves. The crew also says: Peaceful. Very nice. Clean. Comfy beds. Therapeutic. Very well stocked. Nice shower. If you forgot anything, James has provided. He keeps in contact. Kind of away from any traffic yet a quick 8 min drive to all the stores and restaurants. Very nice A
