-In addition to the four bedrooms, the home offers an extra sleeping area with a queen bed. You'll also find a cot stored in the closet for added flexibility. With this additional space and the cot included, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Events: Events are allowed at this property for up to 25 guests. Minimum 3 night stay for events. NOTE: ALL Events will have associated event fees outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs. - Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.
