Fantastic stay

We enjoyed our third time renting this property. The host is very responsive to communications and checked in to see how our stay was going. The unit was exactly as described. The proximity to the pool and the beach is fantastic. We will be back.

I was fortunate enough to personally know the owners. The location to the beach was the best I have ever experienced. There was so many places within walking distance. Would recommend this area to anyone looking for a great vacation experience in Myrtle Beach.

Great location. Very close proximity to the beach. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. With Harry the hats being within the complex, we didn't have to worry about going anywhere for a nightcap. We were able to walk to a few other bars and restaurants also. This wss our 2nd year, hoping to make a third one.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle beach, we stayed a week and the the condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and stocked with cooking supplies. We had to pay a $20 parking fee which was mentioned in the details so we were prepared. We loved that it was so close to the beach. Walmart & Tanger outlet is also close by, my granddaughter is requesting to stay there again next year.

A wonderful little gem!

Noreen was wonderful at communicating and letting me know everything to expect. This 2-br condo needs a few updates- especially in the kitchen but it was clean, well-appointed, and a short walk to the beach. Amazing stay for the price- I'd love to stay here again- 5/5!

Property Review

The condo itself was very nice and clean. The owners are great with communication and check-in and out, easy to get in-touch with. This unit specifically is very nice compared to some of the other units on the property and I had a chance to see some others during my stay. However, the staff on the property (security and main office) not very friendly and were rather rude during our stay. There are many restrictions on the property that are enforced! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR POOL PASS at all times. It is close walking distance to the beach, the bar/restaurant on property is a 3 out 5 review, otherwise you must drive to all other attractions in Myrtle Beach. This unit provided beach chairs/wagon and cooler which was very convenient for our stay (less to pack). Hope this helps.

Great family beach condo

We loved this place. It was perfect for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed swimming in both pools and playing on the small playground on-site. The walk to the beach was very convenient and restaurants were close by as well as grocery stores. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean and our host was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!!

Loved our stay and we will be renting again!

Our family has been staying at Arcadian Dune for the last 8 or so years. We stay in the same condo every year, but due to COVID19 it wasn't available. I searched online and found this condo. I was extremely happy with the cleanliness as soon as i walked in. The location is great. Super close to the small pool and not far from the bigger pool. Also, as soon as you turn into the parking lot the condo is located directly to the right, which is very convenient if you're going to the beach. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon in the closet to use as well, which i thought was very nice. Overall, i am so pleased with our stay and absolutely love the condo. The owner, Noreen, was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions i had via text-- She even let us in earlier than we expected!! We will rent again!! Thank you!

Home Away From Home!

My husband and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for vacation for 15 years. We would stay at my father in laws condo. Unfortunately, he sold his condo this past summer. So now we had to find a place to rent. You never know what your going to get. You look at pictures online and you wonder is this too good to be true? This condo was above our expectations! It has a beachy yet cozy feeling! It’s fully equipped with your everyday necessities! It’s roomy, clean and the best part...a 3 minute walk to the beach. It has a bar on site called Harry The Hats. We went to trivia night and had a blast! It also has 2 outdoor pools. We also loved the number combo entry to get into the condo. We didn’t have to worry about carrying any keys when we went to the beach! We enjoyed our week there and have already booked this condo for 2019. Thank you to the owners of this beautiful vacation rental for making our stay feel like we were home away from home!

We began our experience with an email stating we couldn’t get in the condo due to the mess the prior tenants left. Once we arrived we put everything away. I found dirty bedding, a horrible smell in the master bath, dishes put away dirty, and 1 washcloth and 1 towel per person for the week. There were no beach towels available. It was halfway through our week and I noticed the dishwasher wasn’t working. I notified the owner and she sent someone the next day. Then I got a text that it would need replaced. This would have to be done after we left. We had to pay $20 per car for parking and pool passes (this should be included in our rental fee). Then we went to the pool. The nastiest people I have EVER met! They kept saying we live here and this is the way it is! The pool was HOT and I didn’t see them check chemicals once. The nicest thing about the entire week was the close proximity to the beach. At least we didn’t have to deal with the stalkers. Every time we went outside they would watch us. We are educators and I take pride in leaving any place I rent in the same condition. We are quiet and respectful. We didn’t receive the same courtesy therefore we will NEVER return to Acadian Dunes!

We do hope that the homeowner's prompt attention makes up for some of the inconvenience. We were glad to hear that they immediately responded with a solution when you reached about the dishwasher and the single stained quilt, and that they generously compensated for the broken dishwasher even after your party violated several of the property's policies. We can confirm that the pool is checked and chemicals are added early in the morning, prior to when the pool is open for guests. We strive to be transparent with our travelers, and the process for attaining a parking pass is explained in the email that each guest receives before their stay. Perfect Location.

We recently rented this property, and it was great. The condo was very clean, short walk to beach, quiet area, and the location was close to many restaurants, and attractions. Noreen the owner was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo.
