Why they chose this property

This property has 2 living rooms. One upstairs & one downstairs allowing for privacy. Large open floor plan upstairs with 15'ceilings & wood burning fireplace.Its a wonderful place to sit & watch the desert wildlife or storms roll in & amazing sunsets. City light views from our elevated built-in hot tub will make you feel like a star!

What makes this property unique

I enjoy the location in Fountain hills - Its a short 15 minutes from the airport thru the beautiful sonoran desert. Fountain hills has been named as part of the National Dark Sky association making it a perfect spot for star gazing.
