My friend and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and this place was perfect! Felt very safe in the area and thought it was the perfect location right next to necessary shops and a 2 minute walk to the docs. 15 minute uber to downtown St. Pete and 15 minute uber to St. Pete Beach. The place was so clean with a full kitchen, living and dining room that went out to a relaxing balcony. Also the bathroom was so nice with the getting ready mirror and shower. Also providing beach equipment like the bikes, chairs, cooler, and towels was a life saver! 10/10 would recommend and stay there again!

This condo looked as if it had just been updated and was quite lovely. It is in a great location for me because my son and his family live just blocks away so I was able to walk in a lovely neighborhood to his home. It is also walkable to the Publix grocery store and to a favorite restaurant at the Marina. My only complaint was that the walls are a bit thin and it seemed like the upstairs neighbor may have been doing some remodeling himself? Other than that it was very nice and I will probably book it again the next time I visit my son.

Un condo impeccable ! Un très beau décor et frais rénové , matelas confortable et très bien situé la piscine n’est pas chauffé par contre ! Amazing location and freshly renovated really comfortable condo
