Stunning Cape-Style house with views overlooking the marshes and across to the Assateague Channel.
Just a short stroll from waterfront Memorial Park, yet tucked away and secluded.
Memorial Park features a fishing pier, playgrounds, basketball, tennis, kayak launch, and much more!
The large fenced-in side lot is perfect for outdoor activities.
This open concept home is well equipped and beautifully furnished.
The main level living room opens to a spacious screened porch which overlooks the marsh and wetlands.
The dining area, kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower stall are also located on the main level.
Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms, one with a king-size bed,
and the second bedroom with a pyramid Bunk (twin over full) and a twin bed.
Both bedrooms have access to an open sundeck which offers fantastic views.
Make your morning coffee at the second level coffee bar.
A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located in the hall.
