Relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a game of pool or ping pong, or unwind on the back deck. Inside, you’ll have a full kitchen, comfortable living space, central heat and A/C, fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and plenty of room to settle in.

The upstairs guest area includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and bonus room with a TV, desk, exercise equipment, and a convertible twin sofa for an additional guest.

You’ll have private use of all guest-accessible areas of the home. The host’s downstairs bedroom and bathroom remain locked and are not part of the rental.

My 2 sons and I stayed here and it was a great time. They enjoyed the pool table, darts, ping pong table and mostly, the hot tub. They had a great time and there is so much to do in Durango. Matt was a great host. From the beginning letting me know if I needed to bring something that he didnt have, asking if we wanted the ping pong table set up, to the hand written note and home made muffins once we got there. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Durango Colorado. Thank you for allowing us into your home.

What makes this property unique

Cozy house with everything you’ll need. Hot tub is very nice as well as the back deck. Nice 6’ pool table. Can set up ping pong in the garage if you enjoy that. Good location to head in all directions from. Enjoy
