Just 8 miles from the Austin Airport you can start your vacation immediately and won't waste your time on travel!

This home can sleep up to 12 guests, but if you have a larger group we own the home located right next-door and can accommodate another group of 10! We also have another home 2 blocks away that can also sleep 10! Listing # for home next-door is 371165 and for the one 2 blocks away is 212502.

Amazing Home!

This place was perfect and Amber was accommodating and just amazing! She got us in early and let us have a late check out. The house was more than spacious and had a great outdoor area to hang out in. I highly recommend this place when staying in Austin. The location is great and easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go.

Quiet and Walkable Neighborhood

We booked this stay as a large group traveling to Austin and found it perfect! The house was exactly what we needed, with easy access to Ubers and walking distance to food trucks and Franklin barbecue. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling with a large group!

Great location

We loved the location. Convenient to coffee shops and restaurants. House was very nice and clean. We took uber so no car needed. House was well stocked. Could have had more wash cloths and hangers in the closets. Overall, a great, fun stay!

Great location. Lots of beds. 500 feet from Franklin bbq. ~10min Uber to just about everything we wanted to do. Amber was great and communicative. Highly recommended for groups

Great Stay

I stayed at the house for three nights for a bachelor party in October. The house is exactly as pictured very nice and very clean. The house has a ton of bedrooms and can accommodate a big group. Great location near 6th street..walkable but we took cabs which was quick and inexpensive. Lillie and Amber were great and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice Stay, Watch Out for Fees

**CITY TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN BOOKING FEES** The stay was nice and in a pretty good location (~15-20 min walk to 6th Street). The 11 beds were perfect for our size group. Host communication was a bit difficult, and we didn't get the check-in codes until we were on the way to the property from the airport. When she did communicate, she was very nice. One warning for future travelers: the price you see on VRBO is less than you will pay total. She will request additional money per the rental agreement to pay the Austin City Resort Tax. I'm not sure why this hasn't been included in the visible booking fees, but it was definitely a surprise for us.

Lovely Stay

Thanks so much for a great stay. We were a group of 7 and each one of us got our own beds, plenty of room for all and very comfy beds. The host was super helpful and gave recommendations for local spots to go to for drinks and dinner. Very easy check in and check out process and the house was very clean and spacious. We also loved the touch of the lit up Christmas tree! How sweet! Thanks for having us!

Great space for large groups!

The space was exactly as pictured and had more than enough room for everyone. It was perfect for a long weekend with a large group. It is within walking distance to a few bars and restaurants and Ubers are plentiful. Amber was great helping us check in and recommend places in the areas. The only thing I was not aware of was the extra tax after payments were due but looking back it looks like it was noted in the description and others reviews. Would recommend to other in the future!

Great place for a large group

Very spacious for large groups, plenty of beds for our party to choose from ad four full bathrooms meant it never took us long to get ready. House is clean and modern, located in a safe and quiet walkable neighborhood with food options nearby. It's a short uber ride to both Rainey and 6th Street. The property manager Amber was friendly, helpful, and great at communicating prior to and during our stay. She also helped us arrange an early check-in, a late check-out, and safe place to store our bags after check-out before heading back to the airport. She also gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do in the city. I highly recommend this property for larger groups that do not want to feel confined to a smaller space or that do not want to share beds or sleep on couches due to lack of sleeping arrangements. Our group of 7 slept comfortably but this property could easily accommodate groups of 10 or more without having to share beds. We were very comfortable and it made our trip to Austin memorable and fun!

Wonderful Austin Stay!

I stayed in this home with a handful friends for a long weekend in Austin. The house is even more beautiful than the photos convey - and very clean! The living space is open and perfect for hanging out in large groups. There are so many beds that each person was able to have their own! Plenty of bathrooms and showers to go around as well. The check in process with Amber was very easy. The house is not quite in walking distance of the major areas, but it's very close by uber/lyft. Would definitely recommend this house to other big parties! Nikki

The house was perfect, we had 6 people staying, so had a bedroom each. It was a great base to get into town, with a local place for breakfast and right next to Franklins though we didn't queue! The property was well presented and clean, and very well appointed. Would recommend to anyone needing a good sized property close to downtown Austin! A+++

Great visit!

Amber was super quick with responses and even brought over a few things that we needed! SO NICE! Gorgeous, spacious home and excellent location for quick Lyft rides to tourist destinations. Would also be walkable! When construction is completed across the street, this would be a 6 star rental! Highly recommend!!
