About this property

Cozy family home in Nashville's hidden gem neighborhood

Watch the cows and roaming deer from the front porch while you sip coffee and listen to music... That's our favorite thing to do here on Hudson Road.

Quiet and serene, you'll have a lovely time in our home. Plenty of places to rest and relax, with three bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room. Towels and linens are provided, as well as soaps and other household products. Records and books to keep you company, and a guitar in every room if you feel the Music City spirit overtake you.

Great place to work, play, relax, reset, and easy access to Peeler Park, one of the best walking trails Nashville has to offer. 20 minute drive from Downtown Nashville, 20 minute drive from BNA, close to Opry Mills. We love this home and take pride in our hospitality, so come stay with us for a weekend or longer if you'd like! Keyless entry, privacy, and peace of mind all included.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you could please strip the used beds and just place the sheets in the washer, that would save us a lot of time on turnover. No need to start the laundry.
Please place all used towels in a pile near the washer.
Please take out any trash to the cans, if staying/leaving on a Monday, please drag the can out to the street for Tuesday pickup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect any locked doors or closed off areas, those are for the owner's use only.
If staying/leaving on a Monday, take trash can out to the street for Tuesday morning pickup.
Moving furniture/items is fine, but PLEASE put them back where you found them when it is time to depart. Take pictures to remember if that helps.

The animal watching! Birds, turkeys, deer, skunks, possums, cats, etc all live in harmony on this yard :)

What makes this property unique

This house sits on an acre of land in a small community on the outskirts of Nashville. Many small farm operations in the area. It's quiet and private, but not too far from everything you may need. Madison is also home to some great taco trucks, so definitely stop by on your way home from a game or a show.
