This house is only a mile ride to both Coler and Slaughter Pen trailheads. Excellent food within walking distance and a quick bike ride to downtown Bentonville. Will definitely stay here again.

This place for the price was excellent and the host was always fast to respond. Also, throughout our stay they kept up with checking in with us and ensuring we had everything that we needed.

There were some things that needed repairing however, the host quickly repaired them. We were concerned about the ants in the kitchen area, which we brought to the host attention.
