The shower would leak if you turned on the large rainfall shower.
There was no closet..only a dresser. This was something we knew about but it was inconvenient cause we didn’t have a place to hang our dress clothes. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The place was nice and stocked.
This was the perfect spot for our events this weekend, within easy walking distance of Marietta Square. The place was clean and easy to find and had everything we needed.

The unit itself was okay. It was reasonably clean, though we did spot roaches and a few other bugs during our stay. The shower ran cold our first day, but I’ll give the host credit — we messaged him and he had it fixed quickly and without any hassle.
The bigger issue was the property as a whole, which is in real need of repairs and upkeep. From the driveway all the way to the common area where you access the unit, things felt neglected. The light fixture in the entry had only one working bulb and the stairwell was dirty and badly in need of a fresh coat of paint.
Overall, a passable stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, but the shared spaces left a poor impression and would keep me from booking again as-is. With some cleanup and maintenance to the common areas, this could be a much better experience.
