We supply 8 beach tag, which are seasonal and expensive. We charge $50 per lost beach tag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No senior weeks. No vaping/smoking. No parties.
Rates are based on the number of registered guests. Additional or unregistered guests will incur fees of $100–$150 per guest.
* Between Memorial and Labor Day we may only accept booking from Sat to Sat.

Our home is designed with large families and groups in mind. It comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and includes two king bedrooms, making it ideal for multiple families vacationing together.

One of our favorite features is the location-just a short walk to both the beach and the boardwalk, with restaurants, shops, and ice cream right outside your door.

To make packing easier, we provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys, and beach tags, so you can spend less time planning and more time enjoying your vacation.

We take pride in keeping our home clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with the little things that help guests feel at home.

Whether you're gathering on the balcony after a day at the beach or making memories over a family game night, we hope our home becomes part of your favorite Ocean City traditions.
