Great stay with my friends! It's a perfect spot to visit UCSB. The home was so clean and had lots of kitchen supplies for easy home cooked meals!

Could not have been better! Can’t wait to go back. This place had lots of sleeping space, great bathrooms, mini golf in the front yard, and an amazing outdoor space for friends and family to enjoy. It was perfect and Oscar was so helpful and friendly. Coffee shop and other shops/ restaurants in walking distance.

Convenient location; however, very close to a busy, loud freeway and in a neighborhood where cars clog the streets. Lots of other housing very close by so there is plenty of neighbor noise and neighbor lights intruding inside the home. Some items were broken. We communicated with the host while we were there and received no response. 1. AC was broken.2. Stove --- 3 of the 4 burners were dysfunctional. 3. Oven --- doesn't heat to temp.There was no hand soap in the bathroom, for example. The kitchen was moderately stocked but enough to make do. The backyard and seating/table was pleasant --- yes, you're on concrete and surrounded by neighbors but...... you can still enjoy a meal or drinks with your group. The sun covering was lovely. We paid an exorbitant amount during UCSB graduation weekend. If not for that weekend, this place would not have been worth the money. But, it worked for our group for the weekend we needed it.
