Close to the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB). 1 mile from Calle Real shopping with restaurants, Starbucks, TraderJoes, and Sprouts. Quiet neighborhood on a tree lined street with mountain views. Just renovated with new hardwood floors, kitchen,appliances, windows, painting, etc. Very bright with lots of light. Lots of private outdoor space. Large private patio with three tables and sitting area. Two private side yards, one with grass.

Good central location in lovely neighborhood. Great yard. However, some basics were missing: faulty coffeemaker, uncomfortable living room furniture, broken kitchen cupboard, frayed towels in guest bath. It was very hot weather during our stay: listing noted no AC but since there were no screens for patio door, it was hard to keep house cool.

Great location. Basically 20 minutes from everything. Grocery stores and Trader Joe's 10 just minutes away. Well stocked. Very clean. Host responded to questions very quickly. Definitely would stay here again. We have used Vrbo over 40 plus times this listing is near the top of our experiences!

Great house for a small group!

Loved our stay here. While it's outside Santa Barbara, we loved the peace and quiet and space (not to mention the value!). Comfortable beds, solid showers, and a beautiful backyard space.

The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and small appliances. Great proximity to shopping, restaurants and Santa Barbara airport.

We had a wonderful stay at Rex's Place. The property was clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping, dining etc. Judson, the property owner, was easy to communicate with. We hope to stay there again when we are next in Goleta.

A lovely home in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable and well-equipped. Beds are very nice. The upholstery is light/white so had to watch the kids a bit. But an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Getaway

Jud's place was the most wonderful location to spend time with my cousins for the weekend. Close to all the fun in SB but in a super cute quiet neighborhood. Like other reviewers have said, the beds are a little on the hard side but other than that the house is so comfortable. Having breakfast out in the beautiful garden every morning was definitely the highlight.

Thank you Courtney for the 5 star review! The beds have new, high quality Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. I know some guests like softer mattresses, so I am going to buy a cover pad for those who prefer something a little softer.

Very nice place in nice neighborhood. Beautiful backyard.

Great experience. My only caution is to bring eye shades if you want to sleep in- the bedrooms have nice sunlight and only white curtains.
