Overall, we appreciated the opportunity to stay at this property, but unfortunately our experience was affected by several significant issues.The house was not adequately equipped for a beach rental. There was no broom available when we arrived, and it took three days before one was finally provided. The outdoor shower, which is essential after coming back from the beach, was broken. We requested a hose as an alternative, but it was never provided.The air conditioning on the first floor did not cool properly during our stay. Although a technician eventually came, it wasn’t until our last day—when we were already leaving—so the issue was never resolved while we were there.The staircase connecting the first and second floors is extremely narrow and feels unsafe, especially for young children and older adults. Since the bedrooms are located on the first floor and the kitchen and dining area are on the second floor, guests have to use these stairs frequently throughout their stay, making this an important safety concern.Finally, the upper bunk bed is positioned so close to the ceiling that it is not practical for an adult to use. In reality, it is only suitable for a very small child. Anyone larger would find it impossible to sleep there comfortably.These are important issues that should be addressed, as they significantly impacted the comfort, convenience, and safety of our stay.
