Cumbre Lofts gives larger groups four self-contained loft spaces within one private San Pancho property. Each has its own sleeping area, bathroom, and kitchenette, allowing up to 12 guests to share the pool, garden, hammocks, terrace, and balcony without giving up personal space. The layout is suited to families and friends who value independence within the group, with shops and food close by and the beach and town center accessible on foot.



The Space:

Cumbre Lofts is not a conventional four-bedroom home built around one kitchen and living room. Instead, four self-contained loft-style spaces are arranged across two floors, each with its own sleeping area, full bathroom, and kitchenette. The design gives families and friends places to separate while keeping the pool, garden, and outdoor areas at the center of the stay.



Large sliding glass doors connect the ground-floor spaces to a shaded terrace and the backyard. Upstairs, the lofts open toward a balcony with seating for coffee, conversation, or time outside. Palm trees, hammocks, and the pool bring the group back together between trips into town and days at the beach.



Four lofts

Each open-plan loft has a Queen sleeping area and a Twin trundle positioned beyond a pony wall at the foot of the Queen bed. A second Twin mattress slides out from beneath the trundle. This arrangement provides sleeping flexibility within each loft, but the property accommodates no more than 12 guests in total.

Each loft also has a private full bathroom and kitchenette with a cooktop and refrigerator. Four separate kitchenettes allow guests to prepare breakfast, snacks, and simple meals on their own schedules.



Outdoor spaces

The ground-floor terrace provides shaded seating and dining space beside the garden. The second-floor balcony creates another place to spend time outside, while hammocks hang beneath the palms around the yard.



The entire property is reserved through this listing. The pool, yard, terrace, balcony, and all four lofts are private to your group.

The Neighborhood:

Cumbre Lofts sits on a residential street within walking distance of central San Pancho and the beach. Grocery shops, tortillerias, produce stands, and the seasonal artisan market are close by, making it possible to pick up food and everyday supplies without leaving the neighborhood.



San Pancho's restaurants, cafes, galleries, boutiques, surf culture, and community life unfold closer to the center of town. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the property, while the town center is about five minutes away on foot.



Sayulita, Lo de Marcos, and other Riviera Nayarit communities are accessible by car or taxi.



Getting Around:

Guests can walk between Cumbre Lofts, central San Pancho, and the beach. Heat, rain, uneven surfaces, and luggage may make a taxi or golf cart more convenient for some trips.



Street parking is available. There is space along the street in front of the property for about two vehicles, with additional street parking in the surrounding area. Spaces are not reserved or guaranteed.

Loft-style layout

Cumbre Lofts consists of four self-contained, open-plan loft spaces rather than four conventional enclosed bedrooms arranged around one shared living room and kitchen. In each loft, a pony wall separates the Queen sleeping area from a Twin trundle at the foot of the bed. The trundle holds a second Twin mattress that slides out from beneath it.



Occupancy

The Queen beds and Twin trundles provide flexible sleeping arrangements across the four lofts, but the property accommodates no more than 12 registered guests.



Pool safety

The private pool is open to the backyard and does not have a separate safety fence or gate. Children, pets, and non-swimmers must be supervised whenever they are outside or near the water.



Kitchenettes

The property has four kitchenettes rather than one full central kitchen. Each includes a cooktop and refrigerator for preparing simple meals.



Laundry

There is no washer or dryer at the property.



Parking

Street parking is available in front of the property and throughout the surrounding area. Parking spaces are not assigned or guaranteed.



Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets and cleaning up after them.



Community setting

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise at a considerate level throughout the stay.



Town and natural sounds

Guests may hear traffic, music, celebrations, construction, animals, or neighborhood activity. Tropical landscaping also brings insects and wildlife into the surrounding environment.
