The Craftsman house had everything I needed for a perfect St. Pete getaway. The host was incredibly responsive, answering my questions even before I booked. Although the home dates back to the 1920s, it offers the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities you’d expect from a five-star hotel. I would absolutely book this home again for my next trip to St. Pete!
Wow wow wow! What a perfect stay from start to finish. Coordinator Lisa was thorough and detailed with info in advance and ensured the really lovely home was ready in all ways -- it was spotless, stocked with extra snacks & good9es (!!) and decorated in a terrific way that felt like a home and not just another rental. Extra kudos for having a code on the door so the four of us in the house didn't have to share one key (please tell more of your VRBO rentals to do this!!!) Lisa continued to be available and helpful throughout the stay -- what an awesome host!
The property is wonderful. Super welcoming, decorated very well and firm beds!!!! This is essential for my husband's back. The backyard is super cute and very relaxing. We cooked and enjoyed hanging out with our family. We would highly recommend.
Beautifully restored old St Pete home located on MLK street with several apartment rentals separate but behind the house. Centrally located, super clean.

I know you were concerned because of the address and I’m so happy that you loved the property and found it to be in a fantastic safe neighborhood with a lot of wonderful restaurants (even the ice cream stand for your family!)
the city of Saint Pete does not allow any short term rentals at all.. so this wonderful property happens to be in a commercial zone .. and one of the very very few that is legal and able to be a short term rental. It’s so unfortunate at the city is now even going to properties and asking people to leave if they’ve rented an illegal short term rental.
So while you were worried it was on a mini-main street - it is also the few properties in st Pete able to be rented on a short term basis so that your family could stay without worry of being put out by the city.. So I’m glad you and your family were able to enjoy the property and the amazing neighborhood!

Amber had a couple of items that she didn’t mention to me when she was there that I could have easily helped her with (for example, missing salt and pepper, she broke
glass artwork ).. I didn’t find out about these items until after her stay, and therefore was not able to help her make her stay even better or work through the issues.. I would just ask in the future. Please let the owner know of any problems so that they have the opportunity to resolve them if possible while still on vacation
Property was very nice. Well kept. We had 7 adults who all slept comfortably. The communication was good especially since a hurricane had taken place the day before our stay. I would highly recommend staying here
This was perfect for our family trip. Great kitchen and big dining table for meals. Lots of bathrooms. Backyard was a highlight. Close to everything. Perfect layout.
This property was perfect for our group of 6 getaway weekend. We never felt cramped and it had everything we needed—plenty of bathrooms, an adorable outdoor space, great kitchen, parking. Lisa (the host) was kind and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t recommend this home more!
This is such a charming home. Nice quiet area and just a short ride to the beach. The home was spacious and perfect for our family and our dogs. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool area. Our favorite part was all of us taking in the fresh breeze while relaxing on the porch enjoying ice cream from the ice cream spot, just a small walk away. The owner was very nice and informative.
I would definitely recommend!
I needed to find a home away from home for 15 days to be near downtown St. Pete for medical reasons. We had both parents, a 13-year-old daughter, a 12-year-old son, Nana, and 2 dogs. Let's just say a FULL HOUSE. We needed plenty of room to spread out and we needed a comfortable environment for all of us. Both parents were working remotely so needed some spots to have meetings as well. Our stay was great. The location was very convenient - we could walk to dinner/lunch spots easily and loved the nearby crescent lake park for the doggos. The main house is on a busy street (so not a super quiet suburb) but that didn't bother us. The tradeoff was the walkability. St. Pete is such a great city with much to see and do. I don't think we ever had to drive more than 10 or so minutes for any of our fun adventures. The home was clean and well cared for. The only real challenge was the internet reliability, but each time I contacted the owner, the modem was reset in minutes. Lisa was very responsive. She was great to work with from booking to checkout. We actually left some things that were mailed back the next day - great service. Overall, I would happily stay here again.
