Was very disappointed with host, the heat was not working in the house , host tried to trouble shoot it via phone but didn't provide support. We stayed without heat fir the whole 2 nights

Guest seemed to be from Dubai from our VRBO dialogue. Initially cancelled reservation, then rebooked 2 days later. When host was contacted, guest said house was too hot at night not that there was no heat. Rooms are individually controlled with remotes for each room are available to adjust temp. Host walked guest through process to adjust temperature and mode and included offer to come investigate, guest said they would let us know as they were out of the unit. Guest never contacted host after trying to walk through how to use the remote. Post checkout, host checked unit as all heating and cooling are new mini split units in each room. Everything working fine, likely a miscommunication or lack of understanding with remote control function for heating and cooling. Host is always available for any issues that may arise.

Unobstructed views of Sandia Mountains. New furnishings in this 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath, with optional queen and double sleepers in couch and loveseat. Local hiking and bike trail. Local BBQ restaurant within walking distance or catch a tram ride to the top of Sandia Peak for a delicious dinner.
