Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all trash into kitchen trash and I will take the trash out.
Please gather any dirty towels and place them into washer. I will start the washer so you don't have to.

I booked this house months in advance of our family vacation and the host canceled our reservation 48 hours before arrival, citing only “environmental”. Very disappointing. As it turns out, this was a happy accident as I was able to book a much better property in a much better neighborhood on the competing platform for vacation rentals.

Im so glad to hear you were able to book another place on such short notice. I did advise you that me cancelling was completely out of my control as I has plumbing issues which ended up to be very costly on top of that I had to pay cancellation fees for cancelling on you. So I'm very sorry for any inconvenience
