To ensure a comfortable and clean stay for all guests (including future ones), please follow these dog-specific house rules:
🐾 Pet Policy & Fee
• A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This helps cover additional cleaning and maintenance.
• Limit: One dog only, with a maximum weight of 75 lbs. No exceptions.
🏠 While in the Home
• Crating When Unattended: Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home. This helps prevent damage and ensures your pet’s safety.
• No Dogs on Furniture or Beds: To keep our space clean and allergen-free, dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bed or crate.
🚶‍♀️ Outdoor Rules
• Leash or Lead Requirement: Dogs must be kept on a leash or lead at all times while outside.
• Please note: There is no fenced area on the property.
• Clean Up After Your Dog: Please clean up after your dog immediately when they go to the bathroom outside.
• Failure to clean up dog waste will result in an additional $25 fee.
🤝 Be a Considerate Guest
• Keep your dog from barking excessively, especially during quiet hours.
• Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved.
• Any damage caused by your dog will be the guest’s responsibility.
