Charming, cozy home downtown Buffalo
Enjoy this updated home just one block from downtown, the home provides easy access to everything in and around Buffalo. It boasts old-time charm with modern perks with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, central air, onsite washer and dryer, alley and street parking, and a lovely front porch where you can relax after a fun day in town or on the mountain. Walking distance to the park, movie theatre, restaurants and more!
There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two XL twin beds, as well as an air mattress. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds and large closets for clothing and other storage.
The comfortable living area has a 55" Roku TV and the kitchen is fully stocked. There is fast wifi throughout the home as well as a designated workspace in the twin bedroom.
The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and there is a half bath in the laundry room.
There is a washer and dryer onsite for guest use.
A fenced backyard is available for your grilling pleasure and pet use.
There is ample parking in front of the home on the street as well as a carport in the alley, including room for an RV.
The large outdoor city swimming pool, local parks, walking trail, baseball field, museums, grocery store and numerous shopping and restaurants are all within a few blocks. Just 10 minutes west of town you will find yourself in the beautiful Big Horn Mountains.
