Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set heat / air conditioning to 65 F. Turn off all TV's and electric fireplace.
All trash should be removed and surfaces wiped down. There is a dumpster next to the carport outside the door for all trash.
