Beachside cottage newly renovated. East of A1A within walking distance to the beach, about a 3 minute walk. Beautifully decorated with all new furnishings and amenities. Three bedroom; one king, two queens, and inflatable comfy queen mattress. Two full baths. Flatscreen smart TV's in each room, high speed WIFI. New washer and dryer in laundry room.
32 x 18 heated pool, patios, lounge chairs, plenty of outdoor seating. Tropical backyard, fruit trees, herb gardens and plenty of room for entertaining.
Less than 1,000 ft to beach located in Avon by the Sea, between Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Within walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Beach amenities provided including beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler along with two beach cruisers. Large driveway with sufficient private parking. Weekly and monthly rates available.

Nice cottage like atmosphere and wonderful backyard and pool area. Close to the beach and restaurants. Saw a rocket launch from the beach and many cruise ships leaving port.The last day on the beach was the best day which is unusual for us. Sometimes staying just a week is not enough.

Absolute Paradise! Unforgettable Family Stay.We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful Cocoa Beach home! The property was immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly fitted with everything our family needed.The highlight of the house was definitely the private pool. It was the perfect sanctuary for the kids to splash around while the adults relaxed on the patio. The host even provided a beach wagon, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas, making the short walk to the sand completely effortless. As an added bonus, we were able to watch a spectacular rocket launch right from the property!Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was warm and lightning-fast. We are already planning our return trip next year! Highly, highly recommend!

Four humans and two dogs had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. A discussion regarding this being our best rental was often brought up. The pool and outside were amazing. Clean and sparkling. While not planned, we witnessed 2 launches from the space center while standing outside the front door. A quick/easy walk to the beach access was taken every day except the one day that we went to the Kennedy Space Center, which I highly recommend by the way. Regardless of what you may like to eat, there are plenty of options whether you are on foot or a quick Uber/Lyft away. I would definitely do a return booking here

We truly had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The host was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The cottage had everything we needed with wonderful amenities and all the little extras we could possibly think of. We were especially happy with the extra items for beach use (wagon, umbrella, chairs, sand buckets, boogie board, etc). We loved that it was within walking distance to so much!
