I canceled our trip prior to coming there as we felt that place was misrepresented. There were no previous reviews and based on the research, we felt this was not the right destination for a single female to stay. When we inquired about that we were told no refunds allowed at all, and that was it. I certainly understand their position to not refund but as a consumer, I felt they should’ve at least given 50% back. They took advantage of a situation during World Cup and charged a lot more due to supply and demand.
