Great stay. Love the location. The balconies being closed and not being worked on was a bummer. The construction tape was also blah. The place had everything we needed for our stay to be pleasurable.

Ocean front

The property was clean and fully equipped. Not being able to open the balcony & no wifi were the downsides.

The condo was great, clean and great location. Unfortunately the washer was broken all week so that was a bummer. Check in was a little delayed not sure why because no one used it for a couple days before us. It was a great time and would go back again.

21st Birthday

We took our granddaughter here for her 21st birthday. The property was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The only issues were the Uber drivers could not see the Carolina Dunes sign as it was small and always pulled in next door. Checkout time could be little later! I also left a pair of pajamas there not sure if I forgot anything else but this is definitely a 5 star property!

Our Stay

My sister and her husband stayed with us, we try to get together for vacation 1 week a yr. They are from Pa and we are from Tn so this was a central location. We enjoyed our time there. Started out rocky because it was not cleaned the cleaning crew go there about 10 minutes after we checked in which is not acceptable but we dealt with it. Other wise great weather and good company!

The place was clean and very well kept

My stay was nice the only thing I wish is that your housekeeping would of been honest and turned in my wedding rings I know I left them there and obviously I wasn’t getting them back but I wish they just would been honest. Other than that we had a great time

Good location on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained as were the surrounding premises, and the ocean view was just beautiful. We were surprised however by the level of noise from the rebar upgrades being done to the building, it was very loud and intrusive. And another minor issue was the non-supply of toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. We’ve rented many places and these items were always supplied by the owner. Thanks.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean as it is every year. When we called about noon they said the room was almost ready. Unfortunately we had to call back at 4 for the code. Not sure why we couldn't get in a little earlier. Everything else was awesome and we booked same room for net year.
Response from VrboOwner on 9 May, 2024
Thank you for your feedback Susan. I'm not sure why the code wasn't received as we text messaged you as soon as the unit became available. I am glad to hear you had a great stay and will be back next year. We look forward to hosting you again!

Exceptional Condo - Not sure about property mgmt team

On Saturday, Oct 19 I tried reaching Luxury Beach Rentals at 888-558-5451 concerning the weather that was being reported for Oct 20. No return call - never heard from them at all anytime I was at the condo. Thank God there was no emergency - not sure they would have responded. Condo was exceptionally nice and very clean and great location for my husband and myself. Maintenance really took care of the pool area and all surroundings outside.
