About this property

HIllside Getaway with Pool

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. I live in on the top floor of the home though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. NOTE: BED IS ON THE SOFT SIDE

Ideal location for our purposes. Unit was clean. Pool and surrounding area was inviting but weather was too cool to use. Had issue with kitchen sink but owner was very responsive and repaired it quickly.

We enjoyed staying at this quiet and cozy efficiency in Santa Paula. Our host JK was very helpful, communicating with us about the place and interesting points in the area. Our main purpose was to visit the Channel Islands National Park. It was less than 30 minutes to Ventura Harbor. Santa Paula is a quaint town and the property sets in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and we enjoyed a cool dip in the warm sunshine.
