Guests have full access to the entire home – no shared spaces!
Street parking available (paid off-premises).
Guests must provide their vehicle information in advance so we can purchase the parking passes on their behalf. Once completed, we'll send the pass details for you to fill out and display using the parking slips located at the front of the house.
Steep Basement Stairs: Exercise caution when using.
Century Home Charm: Floors can be creaky, adding character to the space.

Other things to note:
1.) The home has memories from last Century, and some creaking can be expected.

2.)The stairs leading to the basement are very steep. Please exercise CAUTION when going down the stairs.

3.)Please note that a security deposit may be required, subject to verification.

4.) Guests may leave up to 2 bags of garbage and 2 bags of recycling at the property at no extra charge. If there is additional garbage and recycling, a $150 fee will apply for removal.

You are welcome to take your garbage to the nearest transfer station; however, please note that most transfer stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
