The unit consists of the 3 upper levels of the house, with four bedrooms, den, full kitchen, dining room, 2.5 restrooms, laundry, and a garden. Enjoy free parking and free WiFi during your stay, and find yourself in a location that is both a suitable home base for exploring the city, as well as a reprieve from the bustle of the downtown core.
This 110 yr old home, nestled perfectly between Roncesvalles Village, High Park, and the Toronto Lakeshore is close to the Keel and Dundas W subway stations, as well as the 504 King streetcar. And, not to forget, just a short walk to the UP Express, which can get you downtown in a sweet 15 minutes! The area is quite quiet, with many young families.
The neighborhood has many bars, restaurants, boutiques, vintage clothing stores, bakeries, cafes, parks--the whole shebang! Lot's to offer for young families and young people. You'll be hard pressed to find someone who doesn't love living here. Guests will have access to:
- the SMART TV in the living room.
- laundry machine, dryer, and iron;
- a well-equipped kitchen, with a gas stove and dishwasher;
- on site parking for 2 cars tandem ;
- and central air conditioning.
