We hosted our annual family girls weekend at Palmer House after Labor Day weekend. The house was large enough for all of us, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the screened in porch and loved the fact that the lake was only a few steps away. We already booked again for next year.
This was a great experience. The eight of us enjoyed the Palmer Point House. The reality was better than the pictures, and the pictures were wonderful. Everyone commented that the place was beyond their expectations and they would want to go back. We rented the boats form next door and that too was a great experience. Very glad we found this palce and rented it.

Best,

We really enjoyed our stay but wished the fire pit Eason our property and not a community one .
Some updates need to be done, bathroom toilet downstairs took a while to fill up and the electrical in the living area could use an update.

Perfect Weekend
The property, home, staff, and owner were all very nice! The weather was perfect for "peak" foliage viewing from the property, boat, and trails. We look forward to returning:)
We’ve been coming to ADK for a fall weekend for the past 30 years. This was our first time renting Palmer House. It was exactly as pictured, plenty of room/very spacious for the 4 of us to each have our own spot. Right on Fourth Lake . Cozy enough to curl up with a good book on a rainy day & not feel as though we were “on top” of each other .
