Property was very clean and comfortable.

Condo was really clean and Gino goes out of his way to make your stay a happy one. Unit needs some updating like a dishwasher and garbage disposal in kitchen. Comcast TV service was really sketchy and TV could use updating.

2nd time staying in Lido Key, first time at this location. Easy access to beach and shopping. Our unit had two small bedrooms with private bath/shower which was a nice perk. No dishwasher as stipulated in the details, which people seem to overlook when reviewing older remarks. Not a big deal for us. Would be tight for 6 adults with 2 needing to utilize the fold out couches but great for 4 adults -- or 4 adults with 2 children. Communication was prompt with the host. Thanks for a nice stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I was second guessing myself based on the price but the location cannot be beat! Would definitely stay here again.We had a slight issue with the lock (my daughter got locked inside of the apartment) but got it resolved quickly. Could use a real deep clean - dust behind beds (only seen because I was plugging in chargers) and in corners. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again though.

A Great Stay!

My wife and I spent two weeks at this property at the end of April. Our daughter and granddaughter joined us for the second week. Very clean and well furnished and supplied with all the necessities. Both bedrooms are en-suite which is nice. The location is why we return to this area year after year as the beach, concessions and public lap pool are 1/2 block away and Armand Circle is within a 15 minute walk. Properties are getting harder to find in the area, particularly in this price range as real estate is being purchased and repurposed ($$). As noted in other reviews this property has no dish washer. Paper plates worked just fine for us and doing a few dishes is not an issue. There is a washer and dryer set available to the four units in this property. Several grills and sitting areas are available around the parking area. Gino is friendly and very responsive. Checking in and out could not have been easier. We will return.

Just what we needed!

Gino’s place is exactly as in the pictures. Well appointed. Close to the beach. We walked to the Lido Beach Resort for cocktails and light dinner. It is walkable (1/2 mike) to St. Armand circle where all the action is. The 2 bedroom unit is small but comfortable. We would stay there again. Thanks Gino.

Thanksgiving at Lido Beach

Everything at this location is perfect. Quiet and beautiful area. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and not that far to restaurants and shops. I recommend to visit The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art and Bayfront park, to see the Unconditional Surrender Statue ,

Last minute trip

We decided to plan a last minute trip. Our flight was delayed twice and then cancelled. We were able to get on another flight last minute. I kept in contact with the home owner and she assured us our place would be ready when we arrived. It was easy access to the beach and the wagon, chairs and umbrellas were an added plus.

Swimming pool

The pool is not associated with this property but is a public pool across the street, right off the beach. It was closed while we were there and even if it had been open, it seems to require an entrance fee, which we were not aware of. The beach is right there though and is much nicer than the pool anyway so in the end, it didn't matter that much to us.

The property is within walking distance of the beach (about 2 minutes) and the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities. The host and hostess are super friendly and welcomed us very warmly. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Very clean, small place in a lovely area with great parking. Furnishings are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and there is a great supply of towels. Not a good view from any window but easy walk to beach. Out door space could be better. Cable tv service needs upgrade and internet connection was not good.
