This house has plenty of room for a large group. We had a total of eight and so much room in kitchen, living room(s). Game room was so much fun! Coffee pot needs an upgrade, but not a deal breaker.

We had an amazing weekend. Our extended family enjoyed being together and the house was so cozy and set up for great time together. We were able to eat the meals in that we wanted to and had great meals in Fredericksburg. Our host was the best she does an amazing job and takes care of all communication and we loved being here. This house has so much room with the multiple living rooms and the fun pool table area. The outside area with the chairs and fire pit is also amazing. Wish we were here in the winter to enjoy thatWe are so grateful for this weekend. Have a blessed day. If you were thinking of staying somewhere in Fredericksburg, we would absolutely recommend this house and are so grateful.

The house was in a great location! Not quite walkable for us but very close to Main Street. The house is roomy, loved the garage with games like pool and foosball. It was very clean, plenty of towels, good parking.
