Security Camera – Important Disclosure

For safety and security, the property is equipped with one exterior security camera that monitors the:
• Driveway entrance only

There are no cameras inside the home and no cameras in the backyard spa or hot tub areas, so your privacy is fully respected in all interior and spa spaces.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces—living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, deck, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, bucket shower, and fire features.

Other things to note
Mountain environment notes:

Internet Access

Fast Starlink Wi-Fi: typically up to ~300 Mbps and great for streaming and remote work. Very occasional brief interruptions are possible during strong storms.

Power Outages

In the mountains, storms can sometimes cause short power outages. We don’t yet have a generator, but outages are generally rare. We do supply flashlights, and fireplace heater remains functional if needed.

Outdoor Bucket Shower (Seasonal Availability)

The bucket shower is available in warmer months and winterized when freezing temps are expected to protect the plumbing.

Wildlife Awareness

You may see bears, insects, and other mountain wildlife. We use regular professional pest control, but a stray critter is always possible—please store trash and food securely.

Road Conditions

Roads are typical mountain roads and can be more challenging in snow or ice. 4x4/AWD is helpful in winter, and local road closures are out of our control.

Cell service: Major carriers generally work well here, and Wi-Fi calling is available once you’re connected.
