Please note the basement suite is separate and off limits to guests and may be occupied independently.

✦ One dedicated parking spot is available on the right side of the driveway closest to the back alley
✦ Free street parking is available along the front and side of the home and can accommodate approximately three to five vehicles
✦ EV charger access is available in the rear carport behind the garage upon request
✦ Please be mindful of neighbours and nearby signage when parking on the street
